Just got a solu medrol 125mg injection. The clinic was Spanish and did not understand them too well. I’m on synthroid, pantaprozle, proair hfa and symbocort. I also take centrum daily vitamin. They also gave me arithromycin. Wanted to know side effects and drug interactions. Any food restrictions. Should I space meds or take all at once. And i do have 1 drink daily as well. Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There are no significant interactions between these medications. They can be used together. Solumedrol is a steroid and can cause irritation of the stomach in some persons with indigestion, nausea, and reflux occurring. These are the main short-term side effects. Long-term effects only occur in persons who have to use this or other steroids for an extended period of time.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
