Does Taking Champix Cause Heart Attacks?

Hi. I will be taking my 3rd tablt of Champix this evening and would say to date my only side effect is palpitations for about an hour - three hours after taking the tablet. I read that heart attacks have been reported post Champix and ofcourse have read both the positive and negative press on web sites. Is Champix dangerous in your opion. Thanks.
