Does Taking Clenbuterol Causes Low Sperm Count?

My stupid boyfriend has started taking clenbuterol I ve read lots of very negative side effects but want to know specifically if it effect his sperm. We have to have ifv due to his low sperm count and morphology from excess life style previously - so want to know if this effects it too? Thanks
