Does Taking Crocin For Cold And Flu Affect Chances Of Pregnancy?

hi,,,we have already started plannig for a family just abt 10 days ago....now i have cold and catch cold very frequent.....i have already taken crocin cold and flu but of no use....is it ok to continue with this pill or will it harm my pregnancy....please suggest some remedy
