Does Taking Cytotec In Pregnancy Cause Deformities In Foetus?

hello,i took cytotec when im 2months pregnant,,and i experienced heavy bleeding and cramps..i thougth it was completly abort but until now im pregnant..i mean 4 months pregnant..hope i wont cause any deformities..im soo afraid coz the doctor told me that i have two babies i mean twins..i really need your advice!tnx!im 20 years old
