Does Taking Dexilant And High Doses Of Previside Cause High Liver Levels?

I am taking a new drug called dexilant 60mg and I have been feeling tired alot for a long time. 4 months ago they found in my blood workup I had very low vit D. So they gave me massasvie doses of that and then I started taking smaller after it returned to normal. Now I got sick with Diarreha and had to go to Er and I was seriously Dyharteied and they drew blood and found elavated Liver at 65 now My gastro doctor wants to do a colon and go down throat and possibly do liver bio and I also have a Hital hernia and real bad acid reflux diease. Could the level on my liver be due to the dexilant and use to take high doses of previside.

I also just found out I have low iron and short of breath all the time
