Does Taking Duphaston After IUI Delay Periods?

I had abdominal myomectomy for fibroids 5 months back.trying to concieve since two months.i was given siphene tablet from 3rd day to 7th day.lupride injection on 12th day.iui done on 14th day.and i was given dhupston tablet one on each day for 14days.now its 14 days post iui.will dhupston delay periods.can i do home pregnancy test on 15th day tat is tomorrow
