Does Taking Duphaston Increase Chances Of Conceiving?

Hi doctor...my period is irregular. I only get my menses twice yearly. Im 33 now and married for 3 years. By taking duphaston, can it produce healthy ovam? I did my blood test today....FSH 73.3 mIU/ml, LH level was 30.9 mIU/ml &Estradiol (E2) level was 152.3 pmol/L. Is there any way to reduce the FSH level? is there any change for me get conceive with higher level of FSH?
