Does Taking Fertyl 50 Mg Helps In Conceiving?

What are the chances i get pregnant when using fertyl 50 mg? I am currently under an OBgyne s care, no health issues, all my lab works came out fine...papsmear, ultra sound, blood tests. Husband is also good. Though i m 37 already (he s 31), other than my age we practically are a healthy couple...TTC for 6 mos now. Thanks

Fertyl contains clomiphene citrate and it induces ovulation. It helps in ovulatory infertility. Because you are 37 years old so you are approaching menopausal age. Your infertility might be due to suppressed ovulation. Fertyl 50 mg is the best medicine for you. It will help you in conceiving. The most effective time to have sex is during your fertile window, which can last up to six days every month. A menstrual cycle can be as short as 22 days or as long as 36 days. On average, a woman gets her period between 12 days and 14 days after she's ovulated. If you have a 28-day menstrual cycle, you're likely to ovulate around the middle of your cycle (day 14). You are most likely to conceive if you have sex one or two days before you ovulate.
