Does Taking Fluxetine Cause Anxiety ?

Hi, I get a clear discharge from my penis most mornings. It seems to go later in the afternoon. It looks like pre-cum to me but I can t be sure. I ve been in monogamous relationship for the past 17 years. I have only really noticed this in the past 6 months or so, ever since a bad bout of anxiety, which has resulted in me being on Fluoxetine for just over three months. I have suffered from anxiety for a number of years. I have no other symptoms - no burning when urinating, no irritation. Is this normal? My sex drive is quite low as a consequence of the Fluoxetine and I m therefore not as sexually active with my wife as I once was, nor do I masturbate frequently. My wife has been tested for Chlamydia and other STIs in the past 2 years, all of which came back negative.Any advice would be much appreciated. I have been tested for HIV 2 weeks ago (a symptom of anxiety is thinking I m ill all the time) and that was negative.
