General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Let me tell you that every medicine has its side effects and this is a fact. Whenever a doctor prescribes a medicine he or she always weighs benefits with the side effects.

I'd also like to tell you that all the medicines (Focalin, Methylphenidate, Abilify and Melatonin) can be taken together. They do not interact with each other.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks.

Regards,
