Does Taking Hydrocodone Affect Sexual Ability In Men?

Hello...I had my appendix removed last Thurs. (2/13). The surgeon gave me Hydrocodone as a pain medication....325 tabs I believe. I have taken a total of 4 of these daily since the surgery. Being 55, I am sexually active with my partner, but I have had trouble performing the past 2 times we have tried to have sex. I am unable to produce an erection easily as before and maintain it. I tend to not feel the sensation I had just prior to surgery. Am I taking to much medication which is negatively affecting my ability to perform?
