Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. The medication is a category X drug in pregnancy and is not indicated. Ovulation may not have been inhibited as you used the pill for the first cycle only and this may have resulted in pregnancy. In the current scenario, you can ask your consultant to prescribe a fetal DNA test to exclude fetal malformations ate the earliest. Virilization of the female fetus can happen if hormones are used at six weeks of gestation. As you have not used the pill any more after the first course, you are relatively safer. A sonogram of the pelvis also is needed to plan further management. Hope this helps.
