Does Taking Lisinopril 40 Mg And Hydralazine Cause Lower Abdominal Pain?

I started yesterday - lower abdominal pain was short or gripping pain then. I had eaten cabbage and hot water cornbread. When I was going to sleep that is when the pain started but when I woke up this morning the pain had stopped and I felt good. I feel this pain again I am at work sitting down and the pain has started again. For breakfast Soup and another piece of cornbread with Hot Cocoa. My meds are calcium 1200 mgs,; One a day for 50+ women; 10mgs tab of Hydralazine and 1/2 tab Oxybutynin-5mg. 6am & 6pm; Lisnopril 40mg at 2pm

Lisinopril and Hydralazine doe not cause lower abdominal pain.
I suggest to do an abdominal ultrasound and a urine test for further evaluation.
