Does Taking Loprin And Utrogestan During Pregnancy Harm The Fetus?

i have concived newly i mean my periods date is 15 sep but at this time i missed my periods.after uriene test pregrency result is positive.when i go to doctor for checkup she said its to early baby growth is too weak.she gave me Lo prin 75 tab, my fol tab and urtogestan 200mg. is all these tablets are safe for my baby
