Does Taking Mucinex Cause Hair Thinning?

Hey there, I am a 24 year old male. I woke up this morning, and when I looked into the mirror before taking a shower, I noticed that the hair on the front of my head looked thinner. This is the first time I have seen this, so I am a little worried that this could be me balding. I have been taking mucinex to relieve my cold. Could that have any relation to this?
