Does Taking Pradaxa Cause Bruising?

I have gotten a huge bruise on the inside of my thigh. Last week, i had some pain there and thought I had pulled a muscle. But, today I noticed a huge bruise. I did not hit my left on anything. I take Pradaxa (blood thinner). Can this cause the bruising, and is this dangerous?
