hi doctor. i used promoult n tabs for 20 days about marriage. next month of marriage i conceived. now my child 4 years old girl. my baby didn t concentrate on anything and didn t speak properly. any effected on my baby brain using of primoult n. plz reply me. i am bothering about my child. thanq.
