Does Taking Progesterone During Pregnancy Cause Any Side Effects?

Hi, I am six week 5 day's pregnent,I had a missed abortion one year back when fetal heart stop beating and blood was coming from sides of foetus as seen in ultrasound.it was for unknown reason nd I had DNC to clear the remains.the abortion was due to unknown reason.my all reports were normal but after that I had a hard time to get pregnent because again I had two biochemical pregnancy which was confirmed on home pregnancy test but then my cycle started at 30 days which is normally 25 to 27 days.now my gynec suggested to take progestron twice a day ,ecosprin 75 once a day and one harmon injection on weekly basis. Now I am worried about side effect on my baby,please help

Hi I think you can take progesterone like duphaston or susten 2 times per day. Ecosprin and injection HCG weekly will also help in preventing miscarriages. Get a thyroid profile and APLA profile done. Hope it helps.
