Does Taking Remifentanil While On Lexapro Cause Life Threatening Side Effects?

Not sure if you can help,but 3 months ago I had a Broncoscopy and after the procedure I was in ICU on life support for 2+daysI was told because I take 10mg of Escitalopram and have been it for years,that this episode was Seritonin Syndrome.In the OR I was given profinol,Versad and Remifentynal.I was also told I was given Narcan in the Or and it did not work.So I was told they tried Benzoids(wrong word) Adivan,Clonipin,versad,and Valium are in this group.I don t know exactly what they used to wake me.I should have never been given Remifentynal because it can interact with Lexapro and I am a Heart Tranplant patient and it can interact with Tacrolimus,which I take.I also cannot remember 3 days before that procedure.I am concerned because I have had Broncs before,endoscopes where I have had Fentynal,versad,and Profinol.Any ideas what might have gone wrong?Nodody wants to talk about it and there different versions about what happened.Thanks
