Does Taking Roko During Pregnancy Cause Any Harm?

Is Tablet ROKO harmful during pregnancy - it is used for loose motions. I just consumed 1 tablet so far. I had an intercourse with my husband on 22nd April and I had the tablet today on 25th April. I dont know if Im pregnant but would just like to know if the intake of roko tablet could be harmful
