Does Taking Telkasy-1 Or Duonase Cause Sore Throat?

Hi, I am using telkast-l from 3days. I started soar throat and cough immediately after the first dosage.I am also using duonase. These were prescribed for allergic rhinitis. Is soar throat a side of duonase or telekast-l? Please suggest if I should be on any alternate medication. Thanks!
