Does Taking Telvas 40 Cause Increase In Creatinine Level?

my serum creatinine was 1.8-1.9 a month aga. My nephro suggested to take Telvas 40mg for week. when checked after a week, my creatinine value raised to 2.4. After a couple of days it reduced to 2.1. then my suggested that my creat value will now decrease to normal. however, when after 15 days, creat value was found to be 2.4 only. now my nephro asked me to stop the telvas 40mg. Presently iam in complete diet. my quwstion is , does telvas 40 increase creatinine value. all my other reports are normal. except 24 hr protein in urine found to be 0.51. Answer please.
