Does Taking Thyronorm For Hashimoto Thyroiditis Cause Severe Leg Pain?

I have been taking Thyronorm (100-75mg) for the last 7 years due to hashimoto thyroiditis. I have severe leg pain if i stand even for 5minutes. Is this related to thyronorm medicine ? and i have noticed dark brown color in my white discharge (not during menstruation, but may be around 10 days after it). And it occurs once in a two months time. Generally i always have a feeling of high tempretaure from my body and i can not stand high temperature climate. Is these symptoms related to osteoporosis ? i am married, 33years old, no children by choice.
