Does Taking Tylenol With Benadryl Or Prednisone Cause Nose Bleed?

My 3 year old daugher was diagnosed with erythema multiforme (most likely cause by an Amoxicillin allergy). She is on Benadryl (5ml) every 6 hours for 5 days ( we are now 3 days in) and Prednisone (5ml) 2x daily for 5 days ( we are now 3 days in). Her erythema multiforme is steadliy improving and her new daily outbreaks of it are minimal... Could either of these drugs or the combination of these drugs with tylenol cause a nose bleed? Thank you.
