Does Taking Utovlan Cause Spotting, Low Moods And Tiredness?

I started taken utovlan to delay my periods in first week in July I have had sex unprotected twice and have contiuned taken this tablet but have started forgetting sometimes my mood has been low I have been tired and I took a pregnancy test few weeks ago came back negative but today I started to get spotting just wondering what s going on
