Does Taking Wysolone Cause Problem In Conceiving?

I am Priyanka, 29 years old. My married life is three years old. But before marriage (year 2002) i am suffering from poliomycitis and take medicine wysolone (prednisolone i.e. stried) 40 mg. presently take 5 mg wysolone daily. If not taking then start pain in all joints of my body. The major problem is I want to baby but not conceive. The Gyno docor prescribed that due to wysolone baby is not conceived while every report related reproduction is normal. So suggest me about that
