Does Taking Yasmin 21 Pill Cause Acne On Face And Constipation?

Hello. My wife and I had intercourse the day after her periods finished that is 10th August 2016. She took the yasmin 21 pill for birth control on the same day and its been 6 days she is taking the pill on the same time. Now she has slight acne on her face and constipation.These are the symptoms of pregnancy. I want to ask whether this is because she s pregnant or just because of yasin 21 birth control pills?

As per my clinical experience, the issue of acne and constipation are secondary to hormone changes via intake of Yasmin rather than pregnancy.
