Does Taking Antibiotics Affect The Effect The Mcrogynon?

a couple of days ago i took an antibiotic called flucloxacillin as i thought i had a water infection starting. i took it in the morning and felt fine for the rest of the day so didnt take it anymore. i am also on the pill (microgynon). i just wanted to know if the antibiotic has already affected the pill?
