Does Taking Diane 35 For Long Term Cause Any Health Issues?

hi, I m having polycystic ovaries and taking diane 35 for the same.my age is 27 and married.i m taking this medicine for past 1 yr.my query is i heard that if this medication will go long for more than 2 yrs this might get some other problems( cancer). and if i ll left the medicine my menstruation will dissorder.!!!
