Does Taking Indorox, Beniclav During Pregnancy Harm The Baby?

I want to tell you that I am suspicious about my wife s pregnancy. She was sick around 4-5 weeks back. She was suffering from Urine infection. for that she taken a medicine called Indorox 600 & BENICLAV 625gm for almost 5 days ( 2 times a day). She was sick from 22nd April to 6th May 2011 We want to know whether it can make affect the child organs or another problem can arise with respect to child. Please note that; Last Saturday only we did pregnancy test but it was negative. We visited local doctor also; she advised to do pregnancy test after scheduled period time. so periods were supposed to come on 22nd but was missed. SO KINDLY KNOW YOUR ADVICE ON THIS MATTER & Kindly guide us HOW TO PROCEED WITH THIS PREGNANCY AHEAD as we are in very much complicated stage & unable to take any right decision.
