Hello dear
Understand your concern
Better to take misoprostol under the observation of gynecologist. Ideally it should be used 48 hour after mifepristone.
It cause not severe cramp, pain and bleeding is just like more than period.
It is easily tolerable. Analgesic and rest reduce the pain severity.
800 ug should be put in vaginally/orally. If no bleeding extra two dose of 800 ug at the interval of 6-8 hour.
So please inform the local doctor in your area, as excessive bleeding and cramps occur that can be treated easily and earlier.
Follow up after 7 days and USG after 14 days should be done to confirm complete process of abortion.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
