Does Taking Morning After Pill Cause Spotting For Days?

A little over a week ago my boyfriend and I had our condom break. That morning I went and picked up a morning after pill. They said that I may spot after I took this pill now that I started spotting about three days ago I didn't know if that was from the pill or if there was a way I could be pregnate. Is it the pill i took or am I pregnate?
