Does Taking Vitamin B12 Injections Cause Acne On Face?

I am a woman 30 years. I had undergone B12 injection due do lack of Vitamin B12 found by my Doctor. After that I am suffering form acne on my face. I do skin treatment to rmove them and they disappear and next day onother crop of acne is ready on my face. Is it due to Vitamin B12 injections ? I had never beefore acne proble in my life. Let me know the cure of it.
