Does Talking Overtime In A Mobile Phone Cause Ear Pain?

Iam in muscat, last one week iam having severe earpain after using mobile. I call india with my family around 1 hour with internet call software downloaded in mobile. I consulted the ent doctor next day she inspected the ear and told there is no problem and given paracetamol. after 1 week also the pain is still persisting. I never used earphone also in this week, for that I put the phone in loudspeaker. what should I do now and scanning is required

The pain in the ear can be because of the excessive use of the mobile phone. The other possible cause can be because of the temporomandibular joint disorder.
Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. Mean while for the pain, you can take a course of analgesics like ibuprofen(if you are not alleric). I hope i have answered your query. Take care.
