Does Tetralysal Affect The Result Of Pregnancy Test?

hi doc, i have been taking tetralysal for about two months for my acne problem. I did a pregnancy test yesterday which gave a positive result but i havent exactly missed my period yet 'cause it should come around today or later. Could the positive test result be affected by tetralysal? could the positive result be false?
