Does The Dermatologist Clear The Small Tags On The Body Which Has Itchy Skin Condition?

I have an itchy skin condition that sometimes clears up. It is under my skin on my legs and stomach and back.

What type of doctor would you recommend? I'm thinking a dermatologist.

I also have multiple small "tags" on my body under my arms and neck. Who do I see to have them removed?

Hi,
According to history given by you they are all skin related problem can only be diagnosed by examining n investigations. So visit a dermatology clinic n get treated accordingly.
