Does The Duoluton Pill Need To Be Taken Again?

Hi, I am Jita.Yesterday my gynae refered Duoluton pills to start my periods which are being late this month.It had been prescribed for 3 consecutive days ,two pills each day.This morning I took a pill and after 30 mins ate an egg.But soon vomited it out as did not like the taste.So do I need to take another pill?..Kindly advise
