Does The Gomori Trichrome Stain Rebound A Little When You Only Get Rituxin Every Two Months?

I have stage 4 b. ELL nonhodkins .. I’m currently on maintenance Rituxin. Do the Gomori’s rebound a little when you only get Rituxin every two months? I feel a lot of thickness and pressure inside where I know the larger tumors were. Is this something others complain of ?
