Does The Back Pain Cause Numbness In Legs?

when I am sitting my toes turn blue. Had test this week on my legs and said I had great blood flow. I have severe back problems that has left my left leg numb. Can my back problems be causing the toes to turn colors. I also have 3 nerves in my back that are being compromised because of my spine
