Does The Blood Work Indicate Any Infection Or Worm Problem?

Hello sir, i am 31 years old (M). On my blood check up Total WBC comes 9300/cmm , ( doctor sail its range is 4000-0000) & Polymorphs comes 59% & Lymphocytes 38%, Eosinophiles 3%. Because of alergy or any infection or any Worm problem. Please advise me what can I do

You need proper clinical examination.It is important to know proper history.
Increased lymphocytes are generally due to viral infection.However peripheral smear of blood is required to exclude other conditions.
Proper treatment depend upon clinical examination and investigations.
You should consult your physician.
