I got my ear pierced at Walmart and I was cleaning it regularly at first then I slacked off I ve had my piercing for over six weeks now and I have noticed that there is a little ball or bump inside my earlobe is this an infection or scarring what is this

it can be consequence of infection. needs examination to cnfirm. can take some antibiotic and warm phomantation. dressing be done regularly.
