Does The Chest X Ray Indicate Tuberculosis?

the findings of my chest x ray is reticular infiltrates are seen in in both inner lung zones, there are some hilar nodularities seen, heart not enlarged, diaphram,sulci and bony thorax are intact and the impression is interstitial pneumoni, and non specific hilar lymphadenopathies. do i have a tubercolosis??

Tuberculosis is a very common disease in India and can appear in any fashion on X rays. It is important to know what are your clinical symptoms. TB is usually suspected in a chronic cough for more than two months duration which is not responding to treatment by usual antibiotics and when the patient is also having loss of weight and fever that remains unexplained.

Going by your X ray details, there is interstitial lung disease with lymph node enlargement in the chest regions. This does not look like the typical TB chest X ray but more tests may be required if you are having symptoms of the disease.
