can fluid from otitis media can transmit HIV to your body if that fluid touch your skin and can HIV virus can live in otitis media?

there is chance of spreading HIV from any body fluid
it is highest from blood and lower from other fluid
HIV can live in meddle ear
but if there is no cut or puncture ,you need not to worry as it will not transmit .
