Does The Following Blood Test Result Indicate Cancer?

I just got my blood test results. I am a 51 year old morbidly obese female who is positive for Hep C. I have been having pain in my abdomen. I have my results, and I have been able to figure out everything except the lymph auto results. My results are 48%, and the range listed on the test sheet say 25-40 is the reference range. Does this mean I have cancer?

Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic for your health concern

48% lymphocyte count is not a confirmation of cancer. The increased lymphocytes can be due to hepatitis infection. However, chronic hepatitis c puts you at increased risk for liver cancer, which requires CT imaging and biopsy for diagnosis.
