Does The Headaches And Lump Persists Long After A Fall From Steps?

Hi my grandmother had a fall down 3-4 steps last year and is still experiencing headaches and still has a lump on her forehead she wasnt given a scan at the hospital. She had a nasty cut which required a number of stiches is this still normal months on?

It seems from the history that your grandmother had a fall from steps following which she had suffered a injury to her forehead which was sutured.
The complaints of headache and lump persisting even after one year of injury I'd very unlikely and may not be related with injury.
Hence she requires evaluation to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.
