Does The Hip Joint Replacement Surgery Have Any Other Alternative?

hello sir,a hip joint surgery had done on my right leg last year.the cup of hip joint was jointed by a plate & screw.but now my doctor advices me to replace the hip joint as soon as possible.so sir,is there any alternative of this surgery because i have a high blood suger.
