Does The Ice Eating In Any Way Relate To My Very Abnormal Gynecological Problems?

I am a woman in mid 40's I had uterine fibroid embolization in June 2010, after years of heavy periods. Last month I was told I have cysts on the ovaries which hurts like hell. I also get ovulation pain. I was eating lots of ice before the UFE procedure, even in winter when it is minus 20 celcius. Now my ice eating is out of control, I am up to 4 trays per day. Does the ice eating in any way relates to my very abnormal gynacological problems?
