I have elevated metamyelocyte(7); elevated myelocytes (1); elevated WBC (15.2); elevated neutrophils (9120); elevated ABSOLUTE BAND NEUTROPHILS(1260); elevated RBC(5.19); elevated hematocrit(46.0); elevated RDW(21.9); elevated ABSOLUTE METAMYELOCYTES (1064); elevated absolute myelocytes(152); carbon dioxide low(17) COMMENT(S)Polychromasia 1 +The smear has been manually reviewed and the manual differential has been reported. Hx of osteomyelitis, s/P laminectomy 6/2015, Recurrent discitis/osteomyelitis...Hx of avascular necrosis to both hips...could labwork be caused by the infections in spine, or possible signs of cancer in bone marrow or metastatic from some other origin...remote Hx cervical cancer 2003...
