Does The Mild Prominence Of The Right Lateral Ventricle And Leftward Shift Of The Septum Pellucidum Suggest An Intraventricular Arachnoid Cyst?

There is mild prominence of the right lateral ventricle relative to the left side associated with 0.5 cm leftward shift of the septum pellucidum which can indicate the presence of an intraventricular arachnoid cyst. The ventricles, cisterns and sulci are otherwise age-appropriate. There is no parenchymal atrophy. The major intracranial flow voids are unremarkable.
